This is a new reprinted edition of the original Women's Institute volume complete with profuse draping diagrams of 1920's

The Art and Craft of Ribbonwork
During the Edwardian Period at the turn of the 20th Century, women wore large hats festooned with ribbon confections that
took the breath away. The company that made the ribbons published a how-to instruction book for flowers, cockades, rucheing
-- anything that could be attached to a hat! In 1980, I re-published it and I just discovered a box in the garage with 50
copies left -- so here it is!
