TRANSPORTATION: St.Helena is located 1/2 hour north of Napa on Hwy. 29. For visitors outside the Bay Area or planning to use an airporter service from the Oakland Airport or SFO to get to Napa, the Napa Valley is served by Evans Transportation (link below) and reservations are required.

To avoid the need to rent a car, the Evans Airporter service brings travelers from the Oakland Airport and the San Francisco Airport to Napa. Arrangements can be made for pick up in Napa on Wednesday, May 16.

Travelers should plan take the 4:30 pm Airporter from San Francisco Airport, arriving in Napa at 6:45. To use the Oakland Airport, plan to take the 5:30 pm Airporter, arriving in Napa at 7:15. Both groups will be picked up at 7:15 for a short ride to the hotels.

For the return trip,the Airporter arrives in SFO at 11:30 am. The Oakland Airport arrival time is 10:50 am. Travelers will be delivered to the Evans Airporter at 9:30 for both departures.

Visitors from SF may also take the Baylink Ferry from SF to Vallejo and then the #10 Vine Bus to St.Helena. This is a great trip but the bus ride is 2 hours so if you call, a pickup can be arranged. 707-967-0852

LODGING: A local hotel know us and loves us, The Eagle and Rose, is within close walking distance and can accommodate double occupancy if requested for a group. Please make arrangements directly with the hotels.
